Anchor and towing winch ЛЯБ-10

 
Anchor and towing winch ЛЯБ-10 is meant for anchor, mooring, and towing operations. It is installed on sea and harbor tugs and manufactured under supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS). 
The winch comprises: one towing drum, two chain lifters for anchor chains, two mooring gypsies on one shaft. Cable lifters and drum are connected to the shaft by disconnect couplings; gypsies are fixed on the shaft. 
Cable lifters are switched on and off manually, the drum – remotely. 
There is a common winch foundation frame accommodating the shaft actuating gear consisting of parallel-shaft gear, two planetary gears, and two hydraulic motors.
Hydraulic actuator, except for hydraulic motors МГ-20, includes hydraulic power pack with hydraulic pumps НК-25, МГ-16Н and hydraulics. All hydraulics produced by «Proletarsky Zavod» JSC. 
Control system ensures local and remote control of the winch operation, including speed and rotation direction, connection and disconnection of towing drum coupling, emergency drum disconnection. 
There is a run out rope length counter.

The winch reliably operates and maintains its technical parameters at the following climatic conditions:
• Ambient ait temperature from – 40 0С to + 45 0С;
• RH up to 100 %.
