Motor-driven pump assemblies for Nuclear Power Plants (NPP)

Purpose
Motor-driven feed pump assemblies ÏÝÍÀ 1840-90 and ÏÝÍÀ 1250-185 are main feed pumps included in the pump group supplying feed water to the steam generator.
Motor-driven booster pump assembly ÁÝÍÀ 1215-55 is a prestarted feed pump included in the pump group supplying feed water to the steam generator.
Assemblies ÊÝÍÀ are designed for operation (2 + 1) as parts of turbine plant in the secondary circuit of power unit with reactor plant. ÊÝÍÀ 2245-220 is designed for pumping of condensate from low-pressure heater of mixing type (LPH-2) to deaerator via LPH-3 and LPH-4. ÊÝÍÀ 2000-100 is designed for pumping of main condensate from turbine condenser and feeding it to LPH-2 via sectional desalting plant, gland steam condenser and low-pressure heater (LPH-1).
Motor-driven condensate pump assembly ÊÝÍÀ 1250-250 serves for supplying the turbine waste steam condensate, the heating steam condensate from heat exchangers of NPP power-generating units as well as fluids similar to condensate as for viscosity and chemical activity.
Motor-driven condensate pump assembly ÊÝÍÀ 1050-100 serves for supplying the turbine waste steam condensate, the heating steam condensate from heat exchangers of NPP power-generating units as well as fluids similar to condensate as for viscosity and chemical activity.
Motor-driven condensate pump assembly ÊÝÍÀ 440-200 serves for supplying the turbine waste steam condensate, the heating steam condensate, the heating steam condensate from heat exchangers of NPP power-generating units as well as fluids similar to condensate as for viscosity and chemical activity.
Motor-driven condensate pump assembly ÊÝÍÀ 125-55 is used for supplying the condensate in NPP power-generating units systems as well as fluids similar to condensate as for viscosity and chemical activity.
Assemblies ÀÖÍÀ are designed for installation into the emergency cooling system of Nuclear Power Plant reactor.
Assemblies ÖÝÍÀ are designed for circulation of cooling water in the first circuit of research nuclear reactor and are installed instead of the pump ÓÔÔÀ 400 / 30 with expired life time. Arrangement of inlet and outlet flanges of pump casing and arrangement of holes in flanges correspond to flanges arrangement of replaceable pump ÓÔÔÀ 400 / 30.
Assembly ÝÍ 1300-10-1Ì is designed for pumping of service water in auxiliary systems of Nuclear Power Plants.
Design
Motor-driven pump assembly ÏÝÍÀ 1840-90.
Pump – horizontal, multi-stage, sectional, double-barrel. Flow part is manufactured
of steel 20Õ13, external casing and pump cover – of steel 15ÕÌ, 15Õ2ÌÔÀ. The pump end
seals of face type have cooling system. The assembly has independent lubrication system
for bearings using noninflammable oil.
Motor-driven feed pump assembly ÏÝÍÀ 1250-185.
Pump – horizontal, double-barrel, eight-stage; removable flow of sectional type. On the side of the pump inlet, the shaft is supported in plain bearing lubricated with noninflammable oil of ÎÌÒÈ type. On the side of the outlet, the pump is sealed, the bearing on the outlet side lubricated with condensate supplied is the part of the starting device. The face end seal on the inlet side has cooling system.
Motor-driven booster pump assembly ÁÝÍÀ 1215-55.
Pump – horizontal, double-barrel, sectional, has a prestarted impeller of axial type and three-stages with centrifugal impellers. The pump shaft is supported in plain bearings pressure-lubricated with noninflammable oil of ÎÌÒÈ type. The rotor axial force is borne by relieving piston and thrust bearing mounted on the pump outlet side. On the pump inlet and outlet side, the shaft is sealed with face seals having cooling system.
Assemblies ÊÝÍÀ 2245-220 and ÊÝÍÀ 2000-100 are manufactured as vertical versions. Centrifugal pumps are multi-stage, double-barrel and bearings are used for rotor support. Lower plain bearing works on pumping fluid, upper roll bearing works on liquid lubricant. This structure provides possibility to control visually the liquid lubricant level in the upper bearing. Rotor has face double sealing. Inlet and outlet pipe branches are manufactured to be welded with pipelines.
Motor-driven condensate pump assembly ÊÝÍÀ 1250-250.
Pump – centrifugal, vertical, double-barrel, sectional, five-stages with prestarted impeller, one-sided arrangement of impellers and relieving drum. The welded outer barrel consists of receiving and pressure barrels to which inlet and outlet branch pipes are welded. The lower part of pressure barrel is the pump supporting plane.
Motor-driven condensate pump assembly ÊÝÍÀ 1050-100.

Motor-driven condensate pump assembly ÊÝÍÀ 125-55.
Pump – centrifugal, vertical, double-barrel, sectional, two-stages with prestarted impeller, one-sided arrangement of impellers and relieving drum. The welded outer barrel has inlet and outlet branch pipes. The lower part of the pump frame is the assembly supporting plane.
Assembly ÀÖÍÀ consists of pump and motor installed on the assembly frame, which shafts are interconnected by a tooth-type coupling closed by cover. Pump characteristics are as follows: centrifugal, horizontal, sectional type, five-stages, with end face seals. Inlet and pressure pipe branches of pump are flanged and directed upward vertically. Induction motor is three-phased with squirrel cage rotor.
Assemblies ÖÝÍÀ are horizontal, one-pieces. Centrifugal impeller and prestarted impeller of axial type (screw) are installed on the elongated shaft of electric motor (the screw isn’t provided for the assembly ÖÝÍÀ 280-29). Roll bearings with semisolid lubricant of electric motor are used as pump supporting bearings. Structure of electric motor provides possibility to replenish lubricant in the bearing without dismounting. Pump end seal is one-stage of frontal type. The assembly is hanged on inlet and outlet pipelines with its inlet and outlet pipe branches. The pump barrel of the unit ÖÝÍÀ 350-35 has an additional support construction for resting against the foundation bed.
Horizontal pump assembly ÝÍ 1300-10-1Ì has the bearing unit of its own. The flow section is made of seawater-proof bronze.
