Pellet mill ПГ-520

Press granulator PG-520 is intended for different granulated mixed feed production for livestock and poultry farming.
The feed granulation allows to prepare feeds of optimal composition and to introduce fluid dietary supplements and medications as well as to reduce getting of the bacteria (salmonella) into the feed, and also reduced feed storage and transportation losses.
The parts of granulator, that contact the feed directly are made of stainless steel.
Except the press granulator machine the delivery includes: feed-quantifier, mixer, foundation frame, control panel, control console, a set of steam accessories and measurement equipment.
The control system provides the automatic maintenance of giver modes of press loading and product temperature functioning.

Note:
According to the Customer’s desire the press-granulator can be equipped with the magnetic system of metal admixture trapping at an exterior magnetic field strength 10 oersted.
The PG-520 press-granulator is developed and manufactures in colladoration with “Agroexport” corporation.
